1. The client presents before the concerned Project Manager the requirements of the project in detail - points such as type of engineering drawing, changes or details to be incorporated in the drawings, design styles preferred, size of sheet, scale of drawing, and format of final drawing.
2. Send your scanned drawings or designs by mail, email, courier, or your convenient mode of transfer.
3. After analyzing the project and conducting a feasibility study, we will communicate with you about our understanding.
4. Once the project is approved, we will work on the drawings and prepare a sample drawing if the work is of reasonable amount. The sample drawing will be sent to the client for approval.
5. If client approves the sample drawing, we will provide you with the quote, break-up, and deadline of the project.
6. At this stage, both the parties enter into an agreement, on the basis of which we will start working on the final drawing.
7. The drawings and documents are allotted to a Lead Engineer for execution.
8. The preliminary drawing is Quality Checked and Audited for Quality Assurance with the help of Acceptance Sampling when completed.
9. If the client suggests any revision in the preliminary drawings sent for approval, it will be accommodated before finalization. Only corrections will be done free. Modifications suggested by the client at a later stage will be charged.
10. Once the finished work is finally approved, we will present an invoice for the same. The outstanding amount in full is payable by the client in our bank account in US by a mode of payment convenient to them.
